  • Grace is a movement instructor, artist, and advocate for mental health. She empowers adults and adolescents through incorporating her research on the benefits of movement, mindfulness,coping strategies, and creative outlets.

  • Grace's current experience includes her role as the Social Worker at Bishop Carroll High School, Volunteer Coordinator for the Boys and Girls Club of Manhattan, Founder of the Mental Health Movement Program, Dance Teacher and Choreographer at various studios across Kansas, and Yoga instructor for two classes offered through Kansas State University.

  • Grace is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. She earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Social Work with a secondary major in Dance, a certificate in Dance Performance, and a minor in Leadership Studies.

  • Grace has been involved in several volunteer activities, including serving as a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, fundraising with the Community Appointed Special Advocates, participating in the Tap to Togetherness program in collaboration with Parents as Teachers, advocating for Kansas legislation policies, and being a part of the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Forum. She has received the President’s Volunteer Service Award and is a member of KSSWA and NASW.
